As a valued customer we would firstly like to apologise that you have been referred to this page in order to lodge a formal complaint about the service you have received from Movecorp Ltd or any of its agents.
As a company we take any complaint seriously and value the business that you have given us. We will strive to provide a response in the shortest time frame; however, as an international moving company we do have to fully investigate any complaints and sometimes liasing with agents or staff that are abroad can take several days.

Movecorp strives to provide cost effective international moving services and due to the nature of the transport industry delays can and do happen when beyond our control. Whilst we appreciate that relocating can be very stressful for yourself, please be assured that our team of move managers are experienced in dealing with the day to day issues that can occur during the moving process.

Before you complete this form we ask that you consider these points before completing the form as this will greatly assist in a fast resolution of your complaint.

1: Be Concise:
We ask that the information provided is as concise as possible, we have access to all correspondence and telephone records to hand so you do not need to copy and paste lots of emails into the comments box.

2: Be Factual:
By providing us with factual information we can clearly understand your complaint and therefore it will help us to understand the key issues.

3: Be Constructive:
Dealing with complaints can be time consuming and stressful for all parties involved, if everyone is aiming for a positive outcome from the start then this will help in reaching a constructive solution to the problem.

4: Be realistic:
Whilst we try to resolve every complaint to the customers satisfaction, please be realistic with the outcome you are seeking as any unrealistic requests are likely to cause further delays in resolving the problem.

5: Be Friendly:
We understand that during stressful times people can act out of character, it is not fair that our staff should tolerate verbal or written abuse or threats in any form and we therefore do not tolerate this type of behaviour.
